Ben Jackson is a workplace culture expert and founder of Hear Me Out, a culture strategy firm for leaders with the courage to listen. Previously, he was the Director of Mobile at Vice Media, where he led the team that launched the VICELAND cable channel. Before that, he was the lead iOS engineer at The New York Times and developed the Longform social reader app. In addition to running Hear Me Out, Ben also maintains a leadership and career coaching practice.
